FORM MAJOR LEAGUE CATCHER, COACH & AAA MANAGER
1. BALANCE- start to finish
2. STAYING INSIDE THE BALL WITH YOUR HANDS (finish over the ball)
3. EXTENSION -short to the ball- then extend ( EXTENSION IS AFTER CONTACT)
4. HANDS AND HIPS GENERATE POWER - slow feet then fast hands!!!
5. 2 STRIKE HITTING
* THINGS I TEACH
* choke up physically and mentally
* inch or 2 closer to the plate, brings outside corner closer
* think hard up the middle- short quick swing
